Instinct Selling Well

Best Buy is revealing that Samsung's Instinct is a best-seller for the electronics retailer. A spokesman told Wireless Week that the touchscreen device, which runs on Sprint's network, has sold better than any other phone the company has carried since the Motorola Razr launched two years ago. Best Buy didn't give out any specific figures but said Sprint's device offered up "record sales" in the first two weeks.

I have had 2 Instinct phones in the past 3 weeks. Problems abound with the Sprint Network and the browser software that is used with the phone. Not to mention the fact that there has been no voice mail working for my account just about the whole time I have owned it.
1) Browser will not animate a weather radar map.
2)When I view my homepage, www.websaver.net the digital clock(a simple Java script) is rendered 4 hours behind the real time.

I can access this page with any NAP or anyother sprint web enabled phone and the time is displayed correctly.

Making matters worse is that Sprint blames what it can't or will not answer on the Mfg, Samsung.

After contacting Samsung, I am sssured that all software and network issues are Sprints problems.

I will pay my invoice but will be filing a comsumer complaint in the state of Florida as well.
